My work as a retreat chef is centered on creating intentional, plant-forward nourishment that supports clarity, energy, and presence throughout the retreat experience.

Each menu is thoughtfully designed to align with the unique rhythm, intention, and flow of your event.

 

My Approach

My culinary background spans holistic nutrition, classic culinary technique, Ayurvedic-inspired cooking, raw and living foods, and functional, plant-forward meal design.

As a holistic health and wellness coach, I approach food as more than sustenance—it is an integral part of how we regulate energy, support the nervous system, and sustain emotional and physical balance throughout immersive retreat work.

Every dish is created with attention to ingredient quality, seasonal availability, and energetic coherence—balancing nourishment, flavor, and experience.

I design menus that support:

Sourcing & Standards

I prioritize:

  • organic and/or locally sourced ingredients whenever possible
  • seasonal, whole-food preparation
  • seed-to-table awareness and minimal processing
  • mindful resource use and waste reduction

The goal is to create food that feels both elevated and energetically aligned with the integrity of the retreat environment.

 

Team & Support

When appropriate, I bring a small, aligned support team to ensure seamless execution of service.

Each member is selected not only for skill, but for their understanding of wellness-centered environments and their ability to hold presence within retreat spaces.

Every retreat is unique.

Menus are fully customized based on:

  • retreat theme and intention
  • dietary needs and preferences
  • schedule and intensity of programming
  • desired level of simplicity or culinary elevation
